Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that a website or a third-party service saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage and advertising identifiers, do much the same job. This page explains which ones are used on this website. For how we handle personal information more generally, see our Privacy Policy.

What this website uses

Our own cookies. We don’t intentionally set any cookies of our own on this website.

Quote form (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector). The quote form on our home page is provided by a third party and loads inside our page. It may use cookies or local storage to make the form work (for example, to keep it secure or remember your progress). We don’t control the exact names or lifespans; they’re governed by that provider’s own policies.

Advertising measurement (Google). We use a Google tag so we can measure how our Google Ads perform, for example whether a click on an ad led to an enquiry. It typically sets cookies such as:

  • _gcl_aw: stores details of the ad click that brought you to our site (typically up to 90 days).
  • _gcl_au: helps link ad clicks to enquiries (typically up to 90 days).

Depending on how our Google Ads account is set up, Google may also use cookies and similar identifiers to show our ads to people who have visited this website, and to personalise the ads you see.

Advertising measurement (Meta). We use the Meta Pixel so we can measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform, for example whether an ad led to an enquiry or a call, and to reach people who have visited this website. It typically sets a cookie such as:

  • _fbp: identifies your browser so Meta can measure visits and ad results (typically up to 90 days).

The pixel sends Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you tap our phone number or submit the quote form. Meta’s own privacy policy applies to how it uses that information.

Your choices

  • Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking third-party cookies may affect how the quote form works; you can always phone or email us instead.
  • Manage or turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com (opens in a new tab).
  • Turn on “Do Not Track” or a similar privacy setting if your browser offers one, though not every service honours it.
  • Manage the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta ad preferences (opens in a new tab).

We don’t currently show a cookie banner. The measures above and this policy are how we tell you about, and let you control, tracking on this website.

Changes to this policy

If we add or change tracking tools, we’ll update this page. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
